Why we started Carroll & Anderson
Carroll & Anderson was established to give founder-owned businesses a focused advisory model — direct senior involvement, thoughtful preparation, and disciplined execution.
Larger firms often work through layered deal teams. We keep a limited number of engagements so principals stay hands-on through positioning, outreach, and negotiation. Being small is intentional: fewer mandates, closer attention.

Co-Founder & Principal
Jordan advises business owners on transaction preparation, buyer positioning, and sell-side execution. Her work focuses on helping founder-led companies understand strategic alternatives, prepare for diligence, and manage a controlled transaction process.
Jordan is particularly focused on businesses in aerospace & defense, government services, industrials, and related sectors.

David Anderson
Co-Founder & Principal
David focuses on financial analysis, buyer research, transaction strategy, and process execution. He works with clients to evaluate valuation drivers, identify prospective acquirers, and prepare businesses for institutional diligence.

Based in Huntsville, Alabama, we work with companies across the Southeast and nationally. Our focus sectors include aerospace & defense, government services, specialty manufacturing, industrial services, and business services.
From Huntsville, we run controlled outreach to strategic and financial counterparties across the United States on behalf of founders, families, and investors.
